Pricing & Billing
Access to premium features requires payment of fees as displayed at purchase. All fees are billed in advance and are non‑refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges. Non‑payment may result in suspension of paid services.
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions auto‑renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You may manage auto‑renewal settings via your account dashboard. Disabling auto‑renewal stops future charges but does not grant refunds for the current period. No pro‑rata credits are available.
Service Modifications
The service may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Major changes that materially affect functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use implies acceptance. No compensation is owed for modifications.
Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, security issues, or operational needs. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these Terms. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited. Legal remedies may be pursued for infringement.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to arbitration or court. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded.
